The Press Club of Metropolitan St. Louis and Journalism Foundation Scholarships for Sophomore, junior or senior students in USA
Sophomore, junior or senior during the spring, summer, or fall semesters for students attending a university or residing in the metropolitan St. Louis area and able to complete a 130 hour semester long internship at the Press Club office in Chesterfield. Currently enrolled as full-time students who are intending to pursue a career in journalism, media communications or a related field; graduate students must carry at least six hours.
Press Club Media Scholarship (one each year) is available for students pursuing degrees leading to careers in print, digital or broadcast journalism. Press Club Internship Scholarships (one each semester: spring, summer, fall) are available to communication students who are able to intern at the Press Club office 10-12 hours per week (130 total hours). Summer Internship Scholarships (multiple internship scholarships given each summer) are available for students arranging their own internships to meet degree requirements.
