The successful applicant will:
• Be enrolled to study full time at Charles Darwin University in a Bachelor of Business/Commerce or Bachelor of Business/Commerce double degree program;
• Be enrolled in their final year of study;
• Have a consistent and appropriate academic record;
• Be Australian citizen or permanent residents; and
• Be a current resident of the Northern Territory.



TIO Business Scholarship has been established through the Charles Darwin University’s Foundation to assist students in their final year at Charles Darwin University. TIO has been a long time supporter and sponsor of the Territory’s only university, the Charles Darwin University. As the Territory’s only locally owned and operated insurance and banking provider, TIO believes strongly in supporting and investing in the Territory. Through our sponsorship of Charles Darwin University, TIO hopes to develop and nurture tomorrow’s leaders through the delivery of quality education in the Northern Territory. TIO is committed to maintaining and further developing a sponsorship program, which benefits and engages a wide range of Territorians. Two TIO Business Scholarships are available to enrolled full time students undertaking their final year in the Bachelor of Business/Commerce or Bachelor of Business/Commerce double degree program. The value of the TIO Business Scholarships are $5,000 each payable in two equal instalments after the 2011 census dates in Semester 1 and Semester 2.
