This scholarship is open to students that meet the following criteria: 1. Enrolled in a full-time four year undergraduate degree program or graduate degree program for the college year 2011/2012 2. The student is from a family with a total annual income below $60,000 3. The student is pursuing a degree in science or technology 4. The student has achieved a straight A average in the final year of high school or a G.P.A of at least 3.5 in their prior year of study 5. The student is a U.S. citizen.
Wavelet Foundation, Inc. is offering one or more scholarships for college each year. The one-year awards are granted to applicants that are highly motivated, reflect a potential for accomplishment, and demonstrate a commitment to enriching the lives of others in their communities or around the world. Funds available for the awards may vary each year. 2011 SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION In 2011, Wavelet Foundation, Inc. will award a total of three scholarships for $2,500 each. The individuals awarded these scholarships will be eligible to receive them for their subsequent years of study if they continue to maintain a G.P.A of 3.5 or higher and continue to meet the eligibility criteria for the scholarship in subsequent years. Scholarship awards will be remitted directly to the educational institution for the benefit of the applicant(s) selected for the scholarship.
