Alaska EPSCoR: Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research offers Travel research grants in the field of physical science, biology and the social sciences for the applicants of UA, Alaska-2012

Current UA faculty and students are eligible, with priority given to junior faculty and graduate students.



Alaska EPSCoR is awarding travel funding for the 2012 spring semester.Alaska EPSCoR’s 2012 research grants will be awarded to interdisciplinary research projects in physical science, biology and the social sciences. As in 2011, proposals will be considered on any subjects within these disciplines, but preference will be given to projects based on the themes of Water, Ecosystem Services, Mobilities, and Systems Modeling. All proposals should in some way examine the causes and/or effects of environmental and social change in Alaska.
