Virginia Press Women is an organization of men and women dedicated to excellence in journalism and other communication professions .The organization is offering scholarship to a deserving Virginia college student interested in pursuing a career in communications.
The scholarship is open to male and female students and to undergraduate and graduate students. The scholarship is open to any Virginia college student or to any Virginia resident attending an out-of-state college. Scholarship applicants must be planning a career in journalism, photo journalism, public relations or another related communications field.Members of Virginia Press Women receive additional consideration.
