Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents and must meet the University’s selection criteria for entry to the PhD and Masters of Philosophy.

Four capable and highly motivated PhD and Masters students are being sought for scholarships available through the Place, Health and Liveability Research Program, a joint program of the Faculty of Architecture Building and Planning and the School of Population Health (McCaughey VicHealth Centre for Mental Health and Community Wellbeing) The successful applicants will work within an exciting newly established multidisciplinary research program between the urban planning program in the Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning and the McCaughey VicHealth Centre for the Promotion of Mental Health and Community Wellbeing in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, with established national and international links. Two PhD students will work on a partnership with the Victorian Department of Health (North West Region), and one PhD and one Master of Philosophy student will work nationally with researchers from the University of Western Australia, the University of Queensland, the Queensland University of

Undergraduate Bursary for the Applicant of Australia and New Zealand in the field of Engineering at James Cook University in Australia

The David Hastings Bursary shall be open to competition among candidates who: Are domestic students, ie Australian or New Zealand citizens and holders of a permanent visa
- Are domiciled anywhere in that portion of the State of Queensland lying to the North of the twenty-second (22nd) degree of South Latitude
-Have a physical disability or other impairment
-are full-time undergraduate students of the University.



David Hastings Bursary students with a physical disability or other impairment who are full-time undergraduate students whose normal domicile is to the North of the 22nd degree of South latitude in the State of Queensland .The value of the bursary shall be determined by the Selection Committee from time to time. The value of scholarship is $1,000.
