Scholarship Description

A full-time PhD Macquarie University Research Excellence Scholarship (MQRES) is available in the Dept of Psychology and Macquarie Centre for Cognitive Science (MACCS) associated with successful ARC Discovery Project DP110100294. A strong experimental background to explore issues in early visual processes involved in reading is preferred. Methods include behavioural experiments using the masked priming procedure and reaction-time methodology. Access is available to excellent research facilities including MEG, EEG, eye-tracking, and expertise in computational linguistics. Payment Information

The value of this scholarship is AUD22860 (per annum). This award is to be used for research, living expenses and fees. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 and a half years.
