Research and Training Opportunities in HIV/AIDS-related malignancies for South African citizens in USA 2012

Eligibility:
-All applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of South Africa. All must submit:
1. A letter with full contact information (name, home and work addresses, email, telephone numbers): a. Specifying the category of scholarship for which the applicant is applying b. Detailing the applicant’sresearch interests relevant to HIV/AIDS and cancer
2. Letters of recommendation with full contact information from two (2) individuals who can evaluate the applicant’s research experience, interest, and ability. At least one letter should be written by a supervisor or faculty advisor at the institution where the applicant is based.
3. A detailed curriculum vitae, including date of birth, birthplace and citizenship, all degrees/diplomas obtained, employment history, publications, presentations, andresearch support
4. One of the applicant’s peer-reviewed publications or first-authored conference presentations, if any

The Columbia University-South Africa Training Programme for Research on AIDS-related Malignancies (CUSATPRAM) is funded by the National Cancer Institute and the Fogarty International Center, National Institutes of Health, USA.
