Scholarship in the Department of Environmental and Business Economics for PhD Studies at University of Southern Denmark, Denmark

-The scholarship is available to students who have completed a M.Sc./M.A. (or a comparable degree) in business economics, business administration, economics or other related or relevant fields.
-The successful applicant for a PhD scholarship must have demonstrated a research potential as reflected by the grades obtained and the quality of the master thesis.
-Knowledge about quantitative research methods is welcome.

The Department of Environmental and Business Economics, University of Southern Denmark, Campus Esbjerg is advertising a PhD Scholarship in Business Economics. It will be part of the research group Markets & Competition. The project should be within one of the following areas: – marketing and market analysis, – competition and industry analysis, – sports economics and business, – entertainment economics and event business.The application must be accompanied by a description of your anticipated PhD-research project (max. 5 pages). It should state the relevant research questions, describe the theories and methods (including data requirements if applicable) that are expected to be used in the project as well as demonstrate with a tentative time schedule that the project is fitted towards the 3-year period.
