JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN RESEARCH

The Optics of Hybrid Nanostructures Group at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toru?, POLAND is looking for enthusiastic scientists who wish to work in research project: ,,HYBRID NANOSTRUCTURES AS A STEPPING-STONE TOWARDS EFFICIENT ARTIFICIAL PHOTOSYNTHESIS”. The project was awarded by the Foundation for Polish Science in the program WELCOME.

Following openings are currently available: 1 Postdoc Position

The central focus of the project is to apply advanced optical spectroscopy methods, including single-molecule spectroscopy to investigate hybrid systems composed of light-harvesting complexes and metallic as well as semiconductor nanostructures.

The only formal requirement that the Candidate must fulfill is that the PhD degree was awarded in 2007 or later.

We are looking for a highly motivated scientist with background in biophysics, spectroscopy or chemistry willing to work on interdisciplinary project that involves collaborating with excellent laboratories worldwide.

We offer excellent working conditions opportunities for training abroad, as well as access to state-of-the-art laboratory equipment.
